Sledgeing in Grindelwald

Febuary 2003

In February Marianne, Bas and Jelle stopped in Bern for a few days before going on to Meribel for a skiing holiday. We all went sledgeing together in Grindelwald. The next weekend Sigrid came over, and because the weather was so nice, we decided another sledgeing trip would be fun.

Sledgeing from Bussalp to Grindelwald

We took the bus up to Bussalp and sledged down from there. It was a bit cold for Jelle at time, but lots of fun in all.

More sledgeing in Grindelwald

Sigrid came to visit for a weekend. We took the cable car up to First, and then hiked to Faulhorn. The reward: a 12-kilometre sledgeing run via Bussalp down to Grindelwald.
