As summer wasn't over yet, we decided to get up early to get to Griesalp (Kiental) by train and post bus to hike across the Sefinenfurgge Pass to Mürren (Lauterbrunnental). As we had done virtually no hiking all summer, we suffered pretty bad muscle cramps for about a week afterwards, but the hike was well worth it.
