Appendix 3

Compilation of published garnet-melt trace element partitioning data


This appendix contains four tables with literature data on garnet-melt trace element partitioning. Tables A3.1 and A3.2 give garnet major element compositions for experimental and natural data, respectively. In Tables A3.3 and A3.4, major and trace element partition coefficients are listed. The tables are intended as a quick reference and contain data published up to December 1999.
